"Good night papa."
"I love you."
Tucking in the boys at bed time is not only one of my favorite moments of the day, it's one of the best parts of my life.
Especially Osamu. He's four-and-a-half years old, and the cutest he's probably ever going to be. Kenzo is still a cute little boy too, but he's also already started that physical and mental transformation into being, for lack of a better term, a real little boy. Osamu is still cherubic in presence and in words.
Eri texted me this morning after she left to take the boys to the bus stop and go grocery shopping, "I want to do sewing." I texted her back, "Of course."
I've been working downstairs at the dining table for a while, but today I was back up at my desk in my "office". Eri put a towel under her sewing machine at the dining table to dull the sound so I wouldn't be disturbed upstairs. It's never disturbing.
