Eri changed around the downstairs a little bit in addition to the interior decorating streak she's been on recently.
We bought our dining table at a furniture outlet event at Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park in Osaka when we used to live right across the street. Six years ago.
I went through a phase where I would casually browse for new dining tables whenever we were at a furniture store, but I don't anymore. This table means to much now.
Eri's been taking care of the boys' Japanese passports.
Getting them to take a nice picture takes patience. And bribes.
It seems to have worked out. Kenzo and Osamu have to carry two passports when they travel internationally.
Kenzo even has to sign his own name on his Japanese passport application.
I got some serious sleep last night. About twice as much my average these days. The bad news is it was because I crashed out from exhaustion.
I tucked the boys in before nine p.m. and then I went and lay down on our bed and I set my alarm for 20 minutes so that I could just close my eyes a little bit and then get back to the things I need to do. The next thing I knew I woke up and it was one in the morning, so I went downstairs and brushed my teeth and took my medicine and I went straight back to bed.
And I didn’t wake up until 6:30 this morning. So minus my little break to run downstairs I slept pretty much straight through for 9 1/2 hours.
It was a rainy, humid night, so Eri bunked with the boys because they have the air conditioner on in there.
When I woke up, I was completely sprawled out on the bed. Apparently my body had taken over and said you know what you need to just lay here for hours and hours unconscious with your hands and feet as far away from you as possible.
